LADDER DETAILS

All ladders are built to order and are available on a lead time of 4 working weeks with a fully welded construction using robust mild steel tube. Ladders are supplied unfinished in bare metal for you to finish as you wish.

LADDER INSTALLATION

Fixings required to fit the ladder to the van are supplied.

Our ladders bolt to the existing hinges on the door and require one holes drilling through the skin of the door. This ladder can be fitted to vans with either 180 or 270degree hinges. An internal strengthener is supplied with the kit to make the central fixing solid.

The ladders bolts to door using the factory Ford door hinge bolts. The door does NOT need removing to fit this. 

Always test fit any bolt-on product before painting to be sure it fits. We will not reimburse for painting if the part is not test fitted prior to painting. 

All drilled holes will require any bare metal painting to prevent corrosion. We also bond the door skin mount and the door skin which removes the point load off the bolts whilst also sealing up the hole to prevent water ingress.
