This universal spare wheel carrier has been designed and manufactured by us to make your life easier and to take you further down the road!
Motorhomes are built onto chassis from all different manufacturers Whether you have one built on the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, MAN TGE, Mercedes Sprinter, Volkswagen T4, T5, Ford Transit, then this is designed to accept your spare wheel. Please see the photo to see the PCDs supported by this carrier.

This product is a universal product that has been designed to bolt through composite panels.
Composite panels are constructed using GRP outer skins and an XPS or PU core.
Due to the vast differences in builds we can not specify where this should be bolted to your vehicle. This is a universal product that you can use as you wish. Please take care to note the location of the spare wheel doesn't cover any lighting or cause damage injury or harm.
IMPORTANT: THIS KIT IS ONLY INTENDED FOR SPARE WHEEL MOUNTING ONTO RIGID COACH BUILT CAMPER BODIES AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR MOUNTING ON TO UNSTIFFENED VAN PANELS

Installation
The carrier is designed to bolt through the composite panel. Metal sleeves that are the same length as the thickness of the panel are to but fitted into the holes to prevent the bolts crushing the composite panel.
We supply 50mm spacer tubes which fit through the panel. If your panel is thicker than 50mm you will need to source longer ones. 50mm is a common panel thickness.
You are responsible for the installation of this. Please make sure to carefully assess what you are drilling through into.
Sikaflex between the mount and outer skin of the panel will remove any pointloads and seal the panel to prevent water Ingress.
