Vehicle Requirements

Fits:

  • Ford Transit MK6 and MK7 from 2000-2014.
  • Standard 180 degree hinges are needed for this ladder to fit.

Installation

Our Rear Door Ladders bolt on to the rear door through one hole in each door hinge with an additional bolt through the skin of the door; this gives a simple, proven and stable ladder connection to the vehicle.

The door does not need removing to fit this product.

All drilled holes will require any bare metal painting to prevent corrosion. We also bond the door skin mount and the door skin which removes the point load off the bolts whilst also sealing up the hole to prevent water ingress.

Always test fit any bolt-on product before painting to be sure it fits. We will not reimburse for painting if the part is not test fitted prior to painting.

Construction

Construction is very robust, utilising MIG welded mild steel tube and plate fabricated in house by our skilled personnel in Yorkshire!

Weight: 10KG

Built to fit the right hand rear door

Available in Low Roof (H1) and High Roof Variants (H2/H3)

Does not interfere with factory parking sensors
